Marvin has spent his career shipping software at the edge of what's possible, from owning AWS's release management lifecycle across multiple engineering teams to earlier work architecting e-commerce, payment, and systems integrations at GSMA. That range, grounded in a solid foundation in technical and business fundamentals, is why he leads engineering at Foresight Innovation: he's built this before, at scale, under pressure.
Kaushal has spent his career building at the edge of new technology, as a founding engineer on a crypto exchange with 50K+ downloads, an IoT architect automating farm operations end-to-end, and a full-stack engineer who cut a critical data pipeline's load time from 8 seconds to 200 milliseconds. That range across fintech, IoT, and enterprise infrastructure is exactly the builder's instinct Foresight Innovation needs to keep shipping what's next.
Medhat has always been drawn to new technology, the earlier and messier, the better. A technical education paired with hands-on engineering experience gave him a builder's instinct for turning rough ideas into working products.
